Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your account and submit a return request through your order history. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns should be sent to: 36 Renshaw Street, Liverpool, L1 4EF.
